Hello

Will be out soon and want to join a regular yoga class (begiiner stuff) The yoagtree looks OK - any others that people recommend?

Namo is good. But like a lot of places it also depends on the teacher and finding a class to fit your level and what you need.

If you are looking for internationally certified instruction in English I would suggest
"Yoga Up" third floor, Ge'nie chef building on the 2nd. ring road behind

the new Promenada Mall construction.

I got my yoga mat at the sports section of Central Airport Plaza. The price was decent although I can't recall exactly what it was. Anyway, it works well for me, not that I have much to compare with. I'd assume you can find yoga mats in any sports store these days.

They also do yoga at the gym near computer plaza in the /santitham area.Its free if you join the gym and they have it daily.Good quality teachers and perfect for a beginner
