I see there are a number of "spas" or healing centers in Thailand but the prices I've seen on the internet so far seem about the same as in the west (too high). There must be a place to go for a reasonbly-priced colonic..?

One cheap way is to go to the local noodle seller at the end of the soi, and order some GWIT DEEO GAI (chicken noodle soup) that's been sitting in the sun all day and has built up a lot of bacteria.

A quick dose of Bangkok belly has the same same effect, and only costs 20 baht
