i have got a 1 year visa ( thai baby but not married) with koh samui immigration office 2 months ago.

i have to move in Pattaya at the end of the month.

So can I keep this visa with making changes (adress) at pattaya immigration office or do i have to make new application at my new immigration office

you keep your current visa, no reason to apply for another one

When you move you should file a TM 28 form with Jomtien Immigration showing your change of address and do your 90 day reports there. As said the move will not affect your extension.
