Why should Everton (and everyone else) have been punished because of Heysel ?

Very true. I also remember an Everton side that would have been well capable of winning the european cup had they have been able to compete.

Anyway, i think the gist of all this is sadly, the actions of one idiot, often by the punishment handed down to him/her creates collateral damage and his domestic employers, unfortunately Liverpool, will again pay the price for this imbeciles behavior.

Rott wanted to know whether the punishment that impacted on Liverpool in the same way that the behavior of Liverpool supporters impacted on the rest of us for years?

Seriously mate, i don't want to go down this route but i really think that Liverpool fans should be rightfully livid about whats happened but at least vent at the creator of the problem rather than find excuses to blame anyone else

He's a bell for doing what he did, he should be punished no doubt about it. Of course I'm peeved, the international ban I accept, I don't care about his country and the games he'll miss. I do care that Liverpool have come out worse off.

He has bitten the hand that feeds him. They can send him for counselling, perhaps even gather again all those who love him and seek to persuade him again to tame the rage, but if they decide to sell, Liverpool will survive.


They have a good owner, a strong manager, a great captain and fine attackers. Suárez, though, risks walking alone.

It's just funny that all the posts at the moment are about Suarez and his punishment etc etc and somewhere out of that you manage to bring wining the title into the debate, anyway it obviously makes you happy so you crack on and congrats again on being the first biggrin.png

Not really sold on the idea of Lallana but hopefully he will prove me wrong.

If other news is true and that we are in talks with Barca about selling you know who, then at 50m and Sanchez I'd even bite their hand off. Just hope we do not do a Spurs and f$%k it all up with too many players.

CM and LB should really be our priorities next.

When i started to watch Suarez, playing for Ajax, i thought he was a horrible little girly,screaming and slobbering at refs and linesmeman, just for a throw in decision. Then he got done for biting in Holland and left for Liverpool,as Ajax must have been fed up of his baby tantrums.

Now after 2 more biting incidents and a racist remark, we here people actualy think he has been hard done too, the man is a total scum bag and deserves everything he gets.
