EV Charging Stations (CS)
What caught my eye above above chargers was their name of "EV Charge" and instructions billboard in the middle giving instructions and the required app to use which when going to Google Play it's listed as "EV Charge by Sun Power." I download the app to see if it allowed a person to see a charger location map, methods of payment allowed, etc., but a person can not see any useful info without first registering which I didn't do. I don't want to registered...give personal info....etc., unless I feel it's an app I can put to use. Looking at the limited info for payment shown on the Google Play website appears the EV Charge app only allows payment via "credit card"....no debit cards, QR payment, etc. And I wouldn't be surprised if only Thai credit cards would be accepted. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sunpower.evcharge And when looking at the Sun Power Thailand website it shows they build and/or operate AC/DC chargers and they have partners such as PEA, EA Everywhere, etc. And of course anyone who wanted to install some commercial chargers like at hotels, condos, fuel stations, etc., EV Charge Sun Power does that also. https://www.evcharge-gsb.com/ If anyone does register with the app please give some crossfeed on the payment option(s) and charger numbers, locations, etc. Thanks. -

Direct US Flights from Thailand.
There’s a few “strikes” against having a non-stop US-TH sector. In no specific order - Thailand may be a high volume market, like the Philippines, its generally a low(er) YIELD market - meaning there isn’t a huge demand for PAID premium cabin seats - and that’s a huge driver to a routes financial viability. A second strike - compared to say SIN or even TPE - reasonably close by - BKK has relatively limited downline connectivity.. again, compared to SIN, where a pax coming off a US-SIN non-stop could easily make a same-carrier, downline connection to say DPS or KUL. TG would largely no have that kind of downline volume demand. A third as I see it would be fleet utilization .. depending on the frequency, a US-TH non-stop, running that would probably require a minimum of 2 aircraft to support that. To me, there’s much more profitable (ie higher RASM), easier fill with moderate premium demand, routes out there right now, than a true US-TH non-stop. -
