Order Management Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as a liaison between the factories and sales support teams for global luxury brand John Hardy

• Placing and updating production orders through our company ERP system

• Working closely with our production facilities in Bali and Bangkok to ensure that sales orders are filled in a timely manner

• Communicating daily with our Sales and Forecasting team on delivery dates and order status

• Advising production order priorities to help adjust factory scheduling

Requirements:

• University graduates

• 1- 2 years of relevant experience is highly preferable

• Good command of spoken & written in English

• Fluency in Thai and/or Bahasa Indonesian is helpful but not required

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience in MS Dynamics ERP is helpful but not required

• Excellent data management skills

• Mature, responsible and able to work independently
