May 1St 2013, Is Your Post Office Opened ? Where Is It ?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I guess that all post offices are closed on May 1st ?

But as it is sometimes weird in Thailand I wonder if some posts are opened, especially in Bangkok or Pattaya ?

Thanks.

Not sure but perhaps Nana Post Office will be open today - they do work on Saturdays and some Public Holidays.

It's a bank holiday, but not a government holiday, so all post offices are open today!

Will many Thai businesses take the day off?

https://twitter.com/richardbarrow disagrees and reckons post offices are closed today. What about those private post offices (mailbox company or something?) in phrom pong BTS and Tops asoke?

Post offices that usually open on Sunday morning are opened today but not all post offices and not the ones usually closed on Sunday, Barrow is wrong as often, he should know himself better and learn how to shut it up...

RAMA 2 Central post office in the car park is opened today as usual even though it is usually closed on Sunday.

Anyway airport post office is always opened.
