Hi could somebody please offer some advice. I would like to obtain a single re entry permit from Nong Khai Immigration for my marriage extension, just in case I have to go back to the UK in the event of a emergency. However I have no firm dates for travel and the TM8 form to acquire the re entry permit requires dates of travel, can this section be left blank?

Just enter any date - you are not held to it. Believe most places will accept without any entry.
