Global Expatriate Healthcare -- Anyone Know This Insurance?

Featured Replies

They offer interesting policies, capped at $1 million I believe but that ought to be enough for most people in reasonable health, as a kind of accident insurance. The bigger companies have far higher maximums and far higher premiums. But it seems to be a new company and I can't find anything about its track record in meeting claims, bureaucracy, and so on. Based on Sukhumvit with an Asian presence.

The coverage is very low, they have a lifetime limit of only $1,000,000.

Any proper international plan out there has at least $1,000,000.... per year ! That's a huge difference.

This only should stop you from considering them. Better go with MSH International, William Russell, Bupa International, etc... basically companies that proved reliable over the years, which is key when it comes to health insurance.

Thanks, yes, I'm inclining that way, although BUPA is ridiculously expensive. But not something to cut corners on, I agree.

Who ever you go with check the small print and exclusions before you sign anything..

I just bought an Asia care plan of MSH international for my children.

The package is quite interesting and reasonable for me considering it is covering many Asian countries.

So, if you have to travel a lot, I recommend you this.

You could cover only your children with their plan ?
