Looks like you get insured for 10% of the possible damage covered. Why would one do this? Same garbage as with a "comprehensive health insurance" that stops paying when you reach the 500kTHB or ~12kEUR limit. Waste of money and false sense of security.

Hey folks, a quick question.

Is a 1st or 2nd or 3rd class insurance is an addition to the government insurance? Is government insurance a must have with everything else being an option?

I can tell you parabol or govt insurance is as you say a "must have" & everything else is optional depending

on what you want for coverage. Comprehensive, theft etc.

As for 1st,2nd,3rd class .... 1st class is additional coverage of your choice as stated above

but I am not sure regarding 2nd & 3rd ...I believe one of those is in fact

govt insurance by another name smile.png

But the main thing is yes Govt Insurance is a requirement like No Fault in other countries is. As it basically is to insure the other guy.

That is required by law each year when you renew your tax you must also have that

But the rest is optional & is up to you & your tolerance for risk.
