Actually it was only recently that a fixed date was given to the Royal Ploughing Ceremony. This year was not the norm for it as it is normally chosen by Brahman rituals and announced only shortly before the chosen date. So no surprise that some calendars do not have it as it is an uncertain date in the past until near the ceremonial chosen date.

I always have a bit of a problem getting the correct date for the TV calendar but this year lucked out.
