Recommended Reasonably Priced Beach Hotels Or Resorts Near Rayong?

I am headed to an ordination ceremony in Klaeng and was thinking of making it a getaway weekend. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced beachside hotel or resort in the Rayong area?

G/F and I stayed at the Novotel Rim Pae Resort and were very satisfied. On the beach with great swimming pools. Nice bar / restaurants on the beach also. No night life, but relaxing getaway.

I stayed there with my wife and my visiting mother in January! Recommended!

The new Marriott hotel next to phuphatara condominium complex just down from the Novotel recently opened..may have some special offers..
