CharlieH Posted May 16, 2013 Share Posted May 16, 2013 (edited) as above, done it for years, make sure (as said) you have a cover sheet showing "IN" and note of explanation like "pension" "investment" or whatever. I have only ever supplied 3 months with the cover sheet showing total monthly average = average annual. and that's what they state on the letter.
