Your Rented Pad

Recommended Posts

You might want to check some of the rental companies websites for "long term" rental prices. I am not sure if allowed to post names of such companies on this site (such as Kalara or Samui Connection).

There are always signs advertising places for rent on my bike rides around Plai Laem /Tongsai. Probably best to rent something for a month while you get your bearings, and find an area you like.

So, we are looking at an average of 10-20k from most of the posters?

No, these are not bench marks. depending on your individual needs & tastes. As previously mentioned, rent for a month, have a look around then make up your mind.

Determining factors, transport, location, proximity to beach etc.......................................

OK - a question for you. Where would you rent near Mae Naam (OnnRak school).

Dont want to spend more than 20k, nearer 10k would be better. 2 /beds
