Where To Buy Usb Wifi Antenna In Chiang Mai?

Hi, so I'm in the brilliant situation where, in order to gain access to the nearest 3BB router, my laptop needs to be out the window by about 50%. This is not ideal, as you may imagine, so I'm after a USB WiFi antenna to get additional range and have a choice of which network I connect to. I'm currently using my phone's data plan, but that's fairly expensive.

Something like this would be perfect as you can replace the antenna amongst other things, although I would rather buy in Chiang Mai than get it delivered.

If someone could lead me in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated.

IT City are quite good. One on 3rd floor Airport Plaza (above the Northern Village section), one on 3rd floor Kad Suan Kaew (above Sports World), another on second floor of Pantip Plaza (southern side).
