Thought it was a problem with my phone, but then I tried my other one. I can get the signal no problem and it looks like data is coming through (up and down arrows flashing), but nothing ever actually comes. There's zero progress opening a web page/google Play etc... Happening with E/H/H+

This is in Lamphun and Lamphun countryside, but different towers all along a 2 hour route it wasn't working, so thought it might be affecting people in CM as well.

Anybody?
