Booking Greenbus Online........

Featured Replies

Does their website just plain suck, or is it one of the very few that requires you to use Explorer. Looks like thye have a frequent traveller program, and you can somehow get tickets online, but it ain't working on my new samsung, Any clues?

I had no luck at all getting on line to make a booking and then had to do a 40km round trip to get a ticket.

I had trouble as well. I called the number provided, booked a ticket over the phone and paid at 7-11. 7-11 gives you a receipt that serves as your ticket, seat number included.

You can book at any travel agent, but they normally charge an extra 25 Baht per ticket.

Does 7-11 charge for this? I just got back from walking to Arcade. I will give them hats off for having tons of good eating options, and some good places to kill time. That newish hotel there is advertising rooms for 490 THB. For those unfamiliar with the area: Look up and walk towards the Arcade Inn, if you want to get away from paying the extra fees for transport. Great lunch spots around McKormick, too. Nice walk back to my hotel, by the US Consulate. I told them I hoped their bus worked better than their website.

I'm sure 7-11 charges for the service. I can't remember if it is 15, 20 or 25 baht.
