Could not log-in to check flight availability yesterday morning. Tried later and noticed that users were forced to update their PIN numbers and all access was fine after that. Today was booking day and looks like the system has crashed... unable to get past ROP login. So I tried their phone number only to get the prerecorded message that there's nobody at home.
