Holysteel
Has anyone has the experience of hiring contractors to remove a wall? What is the going rate? How do they charge? Per meter square? The wall that i need removing is just a single red brick column glued with concrete.

NCC1701A
Is this a interior or exterior wall?
kevinsan
When the Raj finished the Taj there were millions of bricks to be removed. The contractors quoted astronomical prices and long time frame for their removal. So the Raj announced that the bricks would be free for whomever removes them. They were gone by the morning. So you might be able to get it done for the price of the bricks. Just ask any of those drive by collectors.

bunnydrops
I think you will have to have someone come in and look. Does the wall have windows, is there electric that will be relocated, repair where the wall was removed, distance and route to do cleanup? You can't get a sqm price for a job like that.
