Chumphon to ranong

Featured Replies

I can see the no 4 will get me there, but are there any nice scenic routes I can go (I'm on my scooter again)

Anything to see along the way ?

Cheers all

Chumphon and Ranong are both in the South will move to the appropriate regional forum

There are about 4 paved roads from Chumphon to Ranong. The Main one from Chumphon. If you go about 60 klics south there are two ways from Ko Pip and there is a main road from Laung Suan. The three southern ones

are prettier, but have some steeper grades..

They are all great roads to ride, even on a scooter..

There is a big waterfall as you come into Anong from the south on the left, plus a view point hill on the right.

Some nice fruit plantations along the roads as well !!

Have a nice trip and be safe

That waterfall was probably the highlight ... The viewpoint !?!? I saw the sign and lay by but a very average view.
