tweezer
Hello, Read through some posts on the topic of bread and yeast in Thailand, but can't really find the answer I'm looking for. Where can I buy Active Dry Yeast in Bangkok? Not Instant Yeast.... I've checked Foodland, Tops and Villa, but no luck... they have only Instant Yeast. Any advice on where to find Active Dry Yeast would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, T

cooked
I buy in Makro Buriram. When you find some you might want to make a live culture, let it live in your fridge. Hope you can find good flour...
butterisbetter
Still looking! Any advice would be much appreciated! Cheers, T What's the reason you prefer dry active to instant? The only difference I find is that you need less instant yeast than you do dry active yeast to achieve the same results.
