Hi

I need to make some decals to go INSIDE a car window , they must be top quality ,

they are the about the size of a normal playing card like you play Poker with

There will be 20+ seperate decals, all the same colors , maybe 50 - 100 of each decal

it would nice if they could be die cut with the rounded edges , but that is not a deal breaker

the old style water slide decals would be great , but anything that looks good from the outside will work ,

If they were screen printed I think they will all fit on 1 screen .

If you are doing printing or know of someone who is trustworthy and will get the job done please let me know,

it can be anywhere in Thailand or anywhere else !

Thanks for your help

Hobbiests make their own water slide decals regularly. I make them for my old Schwinn bikes if I can't find them for sale.

You simply buy water slide decal paper for your ink jet printer. The paper has the glue that is water soluble.

How you make the pattern is up to you. Some use photoshop or similar, and some use a digital photo. You do need to convert it to a photo.

You print the design onto the special paper and let it dry. Then you spray it with clear spray can paint to water proof and strengthen it. Give it a couple of good coats and let it dry.

Then you cut it out with scissors and use it like any other water slide. You soak it in warm water for about 5 or 10 seconds, remove it and give it about another 30 seconds for the water to soak clear through the paper to the glue and release your decal. Then you hold all of it right up to where you want it and begin to slide the decal off the paper and onto your glass. Next you use your wet finger to push any bubbles out to the edge and smooth it. Finished.

I buy my paper at almost any office supply store. LINK

These were made by photographing some old black ones, and then using photoshop to turn the photos white.

I forgot to mention that you can buy the glue in a bottle and any model hobby shop. This you would want to paint the outside of the decal just before applying it if I read you correctly that you want it on glass, to show through the glass.
