The team at the fastest growing online property portal in Thailand is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Director to manage the financials of the buisness, identify target acquisitions, ready the company for growth and prepare investor reports. The successful applicant will enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment and making decisions that add value to the stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and business planning
• Building financial models to support capital raising for acquisitions and growth
• Assisting in evaluation of acquisitions and overseeing due diligence and acquisition process from a financial perspective
• Creating and Managing the annual budgeting process
• Monthly reporting to influence decision making at board level
• Establish and rollout, processes and procedures for the finances of the company
• Cash flow planning and optimisation for the company

Credentials

• Native English Speaker
• ACA qualified
• M&A experience preferrably involving online businesses
• Enjoy working within an entrepreneurial owner managed business
• Strategic approach with ability to keep the long term goals in mind as well as being "hands on" to deliver the short term priorities
• Strong influencing ability, commercial skills, judgement and instant credibility with shareholders
• Strong work ethic
• Sector experience is desirable but not essential
