We are looking for qualified persons for the permanent, full-time position of a

Personal Assistant

to be based in Bangkok.

The ideal candidate has:

Thai nationality,

good interpersonal and communication skills,

can work under pressure; has good planning, organizing, coordination and problem solving skills

systematic thinking, be proactive, energetic and service minded

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative and secretarial support to the manager

Preparing reports and other documentation

Screening incoming calls, correspondence and handling mail, forwarding appropriate materials to the manager or relevant departments

Arranging meetings, conferences and travel itineraries

Taking minutes of meetings

Maintaining the filing system and keeping it organized

Maintaining and organizing calendar and agenda

Planning and scheduling appointments and meetings

Working closely with the management and coordinating with all departmental units and outside parties

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in any fields

Native command of spoken and written Thai is a must.

Additional languages are a plus.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Internet and email use

Proficient in office automation and presentation skills
