scorecard
I'm an old man, I sometimes forget to turn off the car headlights (e.g. after going through the tunnel at Big C, Don Chan) and of course the car battery goes flat. So I want to buy a suitable car battery charger to use at home when needed. (Suitable for typical sedan car - In this case Honda Civic.) I have no idea what sort of specifications to look for, or perhaps the small chargers you can spot at Global, maybe Big C etc., are suitable for my purposes? I would appreciate some advice please. HullyGully
Try Global, Big C I purchased a cheap charger at Big C for a car By the way batteries in Thailand only last around 2 years
CMKiwi
2.5A or 1600mA charger should do the job. If the charger has too higher output it could end up `cooking` your battery which is not good. I would say most car battery chargers in CM will be fine, but dont get one designed for big RVs or 4WD vehicles....they are way too powerful. Read the box of the item to get the specs. Big C or any automotive accessory place should stock them
