Paragon
Hi, I am building a traditional Thai Ayuthaya style house in LatKraBang (near new airport). I am quite comfortable with my selected builder from Ayuthaya. However, I would like a part-time Project Manager to help 20-50% of the time to check on things and make sure they are on-track and also act as Thai-English translator between builders/labour/shops and me for making decisions. Not only is the house being built but many other project by many other supppliers for landscaping, fencing, etc. The role is causing too much stress to my girlfriend. On the cheap-end, I was thinking of perhaps an Architecture student or a better (more expensive) idea is ok too. Does anyone have a contact, good experience or idea for such person? I know the proper way to ensure satisfaction is for me to be involved personally but this is impractical due to the fact that I can only come to Thailand a few days per month. Thanks.
