monty Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 If the car is required to make your company turn a profit, it is allowed to deduct as expense. Most companies would use lease contracts instead of simple rental contracts. As always, the tax officer can decide if and how much of the cost us deductible.
