Well, if you're going to knock up a batch of chapattis anyway, why not just cook them in oil or ,ghee instead of dry pan fry..then you have made your parathas...

The two are basically the same recipe ,but difference in cooking method...

I frequently make both or either...thumbsup.gif

PS i'm not talking about 100% as made in old school indian cuisine here, this is a bit westernised ,but quick and easy..
