Sheryl Posted April 8, 2006 Share Posted April 8, 2006 Not sure what you want these for, and maybe you already know this, but in case not: 1) they are addictive 2) they are dangerous -- overdosage can be fatal; combined with alcohol even small extra dose can be fatal 3) used for sleep, they suppress REM sleep and thus you don't get the full benefit of your sleep 4) there are newer, better and safer sleeping medications vailable.
