hi guys i am coming to pattaya and wont to stay at tycoon place but i cant find any reviews any where has any one stayed there, and could tell me what it like many thanks anne

It doesn't appear to have a helipad, a marina to dock your yacht or an air conned garage for your maserati so I would think twice if I was you.

Tycoon Place is the older building

It's in a good location,and you can get good deals in the low season for monthly stays,

but they haven't really kept up with the maintainance so the rooms are clean but seen better days.

The same people also own the newer Tycoon Suite just across the street I haven't seen the rooms there but just by the age of the buildiing the rooms should be in better condition....prices ???
