EyesWideOpen
Gee what are the odds..... :-) Perhaps if the police checked immigration records and looked to see if anyone has entered with the last name of Carmen........ :-) He sounds like a bit of a bad boy, Thailand could certainly do with less people like that. Guess the computers at immigration are not really hooked to anything, as it seems entering Thailand with a long record of crime is a piece of cake.. You expect every country in the world, to do a search on their immigration database, for every criminal, from every part of the world who committed a serious crime ?
Popular Post MegaRanter
His friend will not be happy with him for the choice of venue. A notable monk would now be needed to exorcise his spirit. The value of that estate is also out of the window, being rural Thailand.

I like the irony of this = poster is "EyesWideOpen" then goes and quotes the surname of the deceased female "Carman" as being the deceased male from Sweden. But I agree with the fact that Thailand needs less of the criminal types. So all in all no great loss, except to his relatives. jbrain
So if I get it right from the OP. The picture of the murderer is blocked out to protect his privacy, while the picture of the victim is shown in all it's glory. Yeah, right.

Guess the computers at immigration are not really hooked to anything, as it seems entering Thailand with a long record of crime is a piece of cake.. Yes, how do they get into Thailand? Rumor has it, that employees at the Passport-Contol at the Airport are actually watching TV soap operas on their computer screen just with no sound (which isen't necessary in the first place), and their keyboard activity serves the purpose of changing channels. Why is the small-time or big-time criminal crowd not aware of the fact, that Cambodia is the place to go. Why Thailand and ruin it for the rest of us? I have traveled Cambodia and I have met plenty of "Barangs". I got the impression that most of them have a good reason to be in Cambodia and nowhere else, especially not in their home-country. Cheers.
