hello been married 5 years to a thai . got married in australia. have son 4 years who is thai and australia passports. wife and son are both in thailand at the moment coming and going between both countries.i suspect wife to be cheating next week. if i fly over and catch her can i bring my son back to australia. do not care about losing property etc.in thailand. just son back if i am correct

Since you mentioned that your son is holding an Australian passport, I do not see any legal reason why it's not possible to bring your son back...

I'd guess that you'd have the legal right to cross a border with your son. But if your wife considers it a form of kidnapping and alerts the authorities, you might find yourself in hot water either here or in Australia.

Does the child have your name ? If not i could be wrong but I think they will stop you at the airport. Best to have her consent to take on holiday back home.

Say your taking your son to Hong Kong to go to Disneyland.

Don't lose your cool or your window will close.

Take your son out of the country before you start blowing shit up..

Unless you loaded to the T

Have !!!

The child will have to exit with the passport that they came into the country with. Is this the Thai passport ? Farang taking Thai child out if country without mother might bring up questions. I have seen immigration do crazy things in the past so anything is possible. I once took my Thai gf to Hong Kong and they asked her 20 questions before they stamped her passport and she was an adult. Just saying .....
