No sit back and wait for the first posts pointing out why that list is wrongwink.png

I have spent time in Florianopolis, Brazil and don't recall it being any more 'friendly' than any other city in Brazil with the exception of Sao Paulo. But every other city in Brazil I went to over a 30 day period of time was great, the locals were friendly, the sights were beautiful, the food was great...

Well, I really liked Bhutan and Myanmar, but how to you measure friendliness when it comes to a city?

Mandalay? I've visited numerous times but I really don't care for it. Try Kengtung instead.

It's the usual load of "Top Ten" BS. Sells magazines, I guess but who'd believe a word of it?

Agreed, Mandalay was the only disappointment I had in Myanmar (and the food).
