Rooo
Sichon , the inner road, not the main highway has a few bars, some unusual design. Also if you venture further in, a variety of seaside hotels, with nice restaurant bars, some of them just been refurbished. Will try & find name / s. As for Dongsak, not much there, beaches not as clean as you think with the three ferry terminals situated in the area. Also a small township near the ferries with fishing fleet, further North fish processing.
FritsSikkink
Beaches are not that nice. There are only a couple of foreigners. It is cheap. The beaches in Khanom are more beautifull, there are a bit more foreigners but still not much to do. sibelius
Don Sak is small fishing town, lots of fishing boats and 3 ferry operators, beaches not so nice and clean. Not many farangs in there. Khanom have everything what u actually need IF u don't need shopping malls and discos / night clubs / girlie bars Good restaurants farang & thai, shops, markets, resorts, hotels, beautiful beaches, really lovely local peoples, caves, water falls, etc..... Weekends lots of Thais from Nakhon and Surat come to spend holiday in Khanom. Nakhon and Surat have a lots of young farang english teachers and many of them come to beach weekends. Living in Khanom is very cheap and have many cheap resorts and bungalows. Different of range of rental houses also available from different prices and conditions / sizes
