Hoping to get some feedback before heading over to TOT to discuss. Thanks.

I have been using TOT in Chai Nat for about 8 years; first the satellite Ipstar and more recently their Wi-Net. Their Wi-Net went down about 4 weeks ago for no apparent reason. TOT's response after numerous contacts by myself and wife was "Too bad, we are busy; it is your problem not ours." (paraphrase - not a direct quote)

Just be aware that TOT is a government operation and customer service is not one of their priorities.

Well I hope it ok , as just signed up yesterday for the TOT fiber to U,

15/1 Mbps, it was a promotion,at 850 Bht, pm, and you get free Android

IPTV box,and a free 3G sim with Bht 100 on it.

They are due to install in 2 weeks,just hope its better than the ADSL that

I have had for last 5 years, had upgrades over the years and is now at 10

Mbps, but still not good enough,as I stream a lot of stuff to Tv, in the evening

it can still buffer.
