Recruitment Manager & Recuitment Officer Thai only

Hello,

I am looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill a Recruitment Manager & a Recuitment Officer position for a MNC in Bangkok. Job responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Recruitment Manager

- Responsible for staffing strategies and sourcing activities

- Work closely with the HR Business Partners as the key subject expert

- Manage search & selection duties of the business unit(s) under your care

- Handle all administrative matters and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- Degree qualified

- 10+ years of staffing experiences in technical/engineering roles

- Must be able to read, write and speak Thai

- Fluency in both written & spoken English

- Good working knowledge of social media and other recruitment platforms

- This position is for Thai national only

The Recruitment Officer will assist the Recruitment Manager in the above roles, with about five years of similar experiences.
