Wrong contents or List of Countries? Attention Webmaster Thaivisa.com

Hi

A friend has asked me from Belgium that if Tourist visa is required for him and his family to visit Thailand and if required whether to apply from Belgium or it will be issued at Bangkok Airport upon arrival. Then I searched on Thaivisa.com forum and got the results as under : -

The list of countries heading encircled in Red circle shows different content. Instead of list of countries, it shows List of Airports in Thailand where Foreign Tourist's can get Visa. (Refers to the attached image)

What I want is that webmaster Thaivisa.com to kindly rectify this error. Secondly my primary question needs an answer about Belgium Citizens.

The list you refer to is a Visa On Arrival list, not the Visa Exempt list. Citizens of Belgium are granted Visa Exempt entry for 30 days at Thailand airports. This means citizens of Belgium can come to Thailand without a visa and be given permission to stay in Thailand for 30 days without a visa. Belgium is not on the Visa on Arrival list because they are visa exempt.

But they must have a ticket out of Thailand within 30 days of arrival, if not a real visa from teh Thai embassy/consulate is required.
