Does anyone know where I can buy animal grade wheat in Chiang Mai please?

I have been buying small packets at Makro when it's available....but there's got to be a cheaper way since I want it for animal feed and not people food.

Some where in CM there is a dairy co-op there will sell company made concentrate,ie CP,some farmers like to mix there own feed ,buying in the raw ingredients, mixing it on farm, but, if they use wheat it will have been through a hammer mill.try them.

Most of the wheat grown in Thailand is grown in the north, like a lot of crops, need a cooler climate, it is only used for livestock feed ,Thailand can not grow bread grade wheat,it is all imported .When I was last in the UK I was reading a farming mag there was a photo of a ship being loaded with I think it was 7500 ton of wheat bound for Thailand.

Ask a loacal feed supplier he my be able to order some for you, but it might be a 50 kg sack .as it is grow localy should not be a problem.

There is Maejo Agriculture Unie in CM ask them.
