Every time I drive past Heroine's Monument, towards the airport, I can see a huge construction on the left, opposite the first u-turn after the monument. It looks like it may be some sort of shopping mall or superstore. Some friends suggested a mini Central Festival or Villa Market. Anyone know what it will be?
