Red Bull scion faces arrest warrant over hit-and-run

A technical question: what is the statute of limitations in Thailand for facing (down) an arrest warrant. ? It obviously depends on how much money and spare face you have, and which of the many apparently irrelevant courts you are facing down, but are there any published guidelines for how much contempt and for what length of time you can reasonably get away with it.

An arrest warrant is valid for ten years.

It is getting more and more interesting. Let's see what happens. Even if convicted he is unlikely to spend 10 years in jail. Perhaps suspended sentence for some reasons. Also with this kind of money he would not lack anything in jail. Money talks. Big money talks even more.
