jpeg
A technical question: what is the statute of limitations in Thailand for facing (down) an arrest warrant. ? It obviously depends on how much money and spare face you have, and which of the many apparently irrelevant courts you are facing down, but are there any published guidelines for how much contempt and for what length of time you can reasonably get away with it. Seems to be an unwritten formula in Thailand An arrest warrant is valid for ten years.
MacWalen
It is getting more and more interesting. Let's see what happens. Even if convicted he is unlikely to spend 10 years in jail. Perhaps suspended sentence for some reasons. Also with this kind of money he would not lack anything in jail. Money talks. Big money talks even more. Arkady
Lets see, Taksin is living in luxury outside of Thailad, any bets this lad is ever going to return to Thailand? The kid is probably a guest at the Sheik Sinatra's in Dubai.
