Shots Fired at North Pattaya Thai Café

PATTAYA:--Early on Tuesday Morning Police were called to a North Pattaya Thai Café to investigate reports of a shooting.

Luckily no one was injured in the potentially deadly incident at the Suanlum Café on the North Pattaya Road which is owned by Khun Anan aged 59, a local journalist who also works for Thai national TV Channel 3.

Security Camera footage from 2.10am on Tuesday shows a man on a motorbike drive past the Café and he is seen to fire three times in the direction of the venue. At the time, two female employees were sitting outside and narrowly escaped being hit by one of the bullets which penetrated the glass windows.

The venue has been open for the last 2 years and since then has seen no incidents occur.
