Which is the easiest and least hassle place to go for a visa? KL or Penang? I've done Penang before and I am looking for a bit of change.

What kind of documents would I need in KL? More or less than Penang? It seems like the Penang consulate is constantly inventing new rules for documents needed.

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
