Correct. Most people know of the case only because right wing posters with an agenda picked up on the chicken nuggets. They don't read the case or even bother looking in to it at all, it just becomes "we need to leave the ECHR because it is lefty loony and stopped a deportation because the kid couldn't get his favourite chicken nuggets in Albania". See Bazzer's post for a perfect example of how these stories are pushed by the likes of Farage knowing that his disciples will re-post, pass it on, and spread it without doing an ounce of fact checking.
