I understand the usage of phaw dee when used to mean 'just right' or 'exactly' but I'm confused with its meaning when used at the start of a sentence, which I've often heard. Can anyone explain?

พอดี at the beginning of a sentence means something like:

Actually...

Well, as a matter of fact...

Something like tee jing jing laew?
