Depends on how much upcountry I think. If you set up shop right in the middle of nowhere you might pay next to nothing for rent, though it might be difficult to get a reliable internet line out there. if you solve this problem it is 600 baht per month for phone including adsl. 8000 baht per comp (second hand), software is 100 baht per CD, electricity will be cheap if you don't use aircon. Reliable labour is about 100 Baht per day. So for a shop with 10 computers you should budget at least 120 k to get up and running including expenses for the first 3 months.
