Phuket to London via BKK (who can check Baggage straight thru...)?

So I wanna fly Phuket to London ....

BKK to London options are EVA, THAI and BA ...maybe more AirAsiaX ?...

will fly Premium Economy

If I fly THAI from Phuket to BKK, can I check my bags in at Phuket without picking them up at BKK ?

Yes. Thai and Bangkok Airways are generally OK but not the low-cost carriers.

There's also Malaysian, Qatar, Etihad and Emirates from Phuket via KL and/or the middle east and not via BKK.

You can check baggage straight through on EVA, as they have some sort of code share with BKK Airways.

mind you THAI seem to be alot more pricey than EVA and BA,

think EVA was 33k thb single BA 40k thb single
