Help In Finding Cheap Pilates And Yoga Classes

Featured Replies

Hey there..I am new to this forum and am about to relocate to Thailand with my husband. Is there anyone out there that knows of cheap Pilates and Yoga classes in Bangkok. Have been checking things out on the net and the places that I have found seem a but pricey! Hopefully someone out there can help us find somewhere. Thanks for any advice.

Cheers :o

Yeah, with the key word being CHEAP. I haven't looked very hard, but the pilates training that I found was within my gym, at a separate price. I think for 12-15 sessions with a trainer, the price was 6,000 baht. They said it's because the equipment is expensive.

Right now, I just take a variety of classes within my gym, including body balance and piyo. My gym costs me 1500 baht per month with all included.
