OK.... Rumak has conferred with Ninja , as the ongoing "wait and see" period .... continues. Having presented ONE somewhat rational opinion of WHY things are "moving slowly" .... the latest "news" from the CDC has a few critics (not favorites of rattlesnake) making some strong accusations. R & N , trying to be objective, must say that the points raised are very concerning . Hard to say that the direction is in one that this bystander (me) approves of . As for now... the Cynical side , one supported by experience, is having a very hard time not being very agitated. 2 recent reads : Sasha: Eugenics for Dummies, aka HHS's "Evidence-Based Approach" to covid shots. may 28 and the Breggins : New FDA Plans for the Covid Vaccines Will Kill Millions More Peter and Ginger Breggin May 28 i have been watching "the show" : the previously (before the election)strong voices of dissent now holding positions of power in the "administration".... going on the big stage with wide eyes , like captives reading a script ( i'm thinking of Bognino and Patel ) ..... and even Kennedy looks stunned standing on stage. "After initially being welcomed as a step forward toward limiting the use the dangerous Covid vaccines, the FDA’s new proposal really looks like the sinister work of the global predators who promote euthanasia, depopulation, and containing the costs of healthcare and social security by shortening or eliminating the lives of the recipients" ......the Breggins Most of the MAGA crowd are jumping with joy . That is what crowds do when distracted with "great" trade deals and the amazing announcements of Dyes being banned from cereals. -

Why anyone would want a leather chair in this hot climate escapes me. The breathable mesh chairs are much more comfortable. -

Ok. How does that change the fact that you are making a reference to science, when there was no science involved? The professor was not testing an hypothesis, nor was her study scientific. This is why she was called out and challenged. The work that she did was not science. She was at the business school. BTW: You may wish to rephrase your statement. My disdain for "the science" comes from 40 years of publishing and peer reviewing studies that were deliberately slanted to make something look better or worse than it really was. I hope you really did not spend 40 years inaccurate or false studies. That would be a rather depressing life. -
