Buffalo Races 2013

Where exactly are these held and can I get there on a baht bus or some other public method? Is it close enough for a motorbike taxi? It looks like the races are Oct 14-20, but I suspect not all days are full of events. Does anybody have any details on the events?

In Chonburi the Racing is held outside city hall in Chonburi centre on the car park fantastic day. not sure about the calendar but i am sure a Baht bus or Taxi would take you direct.

I used to live around the corner from there. Plenty of baht buses and MC Taxi's.

Hi. I didn't go this year to the Buffalo Race, but I think the Pattaya races were in August 18... so it's too late for this year.

The location is on the Mapphrachan reservoir, at about 10 km, here : Google Maps

I am not sure how to go there by public transport (I have a motorbike)

but certainly you can rent a bahtbus as private taxi ?

You still can see some race this year if you go to Chonburi : Google maps

There is the Buffalo Race Festival, October 14 to 20 with most races week-end 19-20

Can anyone supply me with either a calender of events or a link to one.I am arriving on the 18th and would like to go on the 19th or 20th but not certain what is happening on those dates.
